Inaugural Tamale Festival
The Inaugural Tamale Festival showcases an array of homemade tamales from various vendors. The family-friendly event includes live music, dancers, games, facepainting and a tamale tasting competition to crown the Best Tamale.
Additional local vendors are on hand selling corn, desserts and merchandise. Margarita flights and other refreshments are available for purchase throughout the festival.
Performance Schedule:
3pm - 6pm: Live Music by Aurelio Reyes "El Gallo de Chiapas" y su Mariachi
6pm: A special performance by Ballet Folklorico Quetzal; followed by a group dance lesson for all ages.
This event is free for all to attend. Registration is required so everyone can be properly accommodated.
