- see all dates
This 40-minute hands-on program guides wee farmers on a short, educational farm hike and teaches them how to harvest crops.
Each Wednesday is slightly different, and each week focuses on gleaning excess crops that will be donated to a local food pantry.
Weekly registration required. *There is an $8 charge required to hold a spot and then refunded upon arrival.
This program, designed and run by Cider Hill Farm, has been made free to the public by the generosity of The Charles E. Larner Family Foundation, which helps grow young farmers through agricultural scholarships, grants by promoting agriculture to and helping children.
